🛍 1. Orders & Payments

We make shopping at Havnz simple and secure.

  • Inside Bangladesh: Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment available.

  • Outside Bangladesh: Full advance payment required before shipping.

  • Payment options: Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer, and Secure Online Gateways.

  • All prices are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless stated otherwise.

🚚 2. Shipping & Delivery

Inside Bangladesh

  • Dhaka City: ৳80 delivery fee (1–3 working days).

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130 delivery fee (2–5 working days).

  • You can check your product in front of the delivery rider before confirming.

International Shipping

  • We deliver worldwide.

  • Shipping cost depends on weight & dimensions (more items = cheaper per-unit cost).

  • Full advance payment required.

  • Delivery time: 7–15 working days, depending on your country.

  • No returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping costs.

🔄 3. Return & Exchange Policy (Bangladesh Only)

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.

  • Online orders: Return in front of the delivery rider (only for online purchase) or exchange within 3 days of receiving.

  • Showroom purchases: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Returns or refunds are not acceptable after purchase.

  • Proof required:

    • Showroom: Original money receipt.

    • Online: Order history or invoice.

  • Products must be:

    • Fresh, unused, and undamaged.

    • With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Exchange only – no cash refunds.

👟 4. Exchange Policy Details

  • Exchange allowed for size issues, color changes, or other valid reasons (e.g., defect, mismatch).

  • For online exchanges:

    1. Inform us via Messenger within 3 days.

    2. Pay the delivery charge for the exchange.

    3. Give the old product to the delivery rider and collect your new one instantly.

  • If the new product costs more, pay the difference.

  • If it costs less, the balance will be adjusted in your next purchase (no cash refund).
